We’re now using the OVR Velocity Training System to help clients build more speed and power with precise, real-time feedback. This technology measures both bar speed and hand speed through its cable-based tracking system, allowing us to quantify how fast an athlete is actually moving—not just how much they’re lifting. By tracking velocity, we can individualize loads, target specific power zones, and ensure every rep is training the exact quality needed for performance gains. The result is smarter training, faster force production, and more carryover to explosive movements like jumping, swinging, and sprinting.
