Jeremiah Hales, MSPT CGFI L3

Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer

Jeremiah is a Graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy & an Undergraduate Degree in Biology.  He has been treating injuries and helping people work toward their golf goals for over 18 years.   Combining personal training, manual therapy and Physical Therapy has been his professional passion for nearly 20 years.  He feels strongly that it is the best way to empower people to live their lives pain free and to their fullest potential.

In addition to his skills in treating athletic injuries, Jeremiah has had great success in treating tendonitis, muscle strains, chronic pain, post surgical rehab and work related injuries.  His approach starts with a detailed physical and bio-mechanical evaluation designed to discover impairments or weak links which are contributing to your problem.  The evaluation is followed up with treatment utilizing his training in manual therapy, exercise prescription and modalities.  His goal is to help restore mobility, increase strength and improve balance to eliminate areas throughout the body which may be contributing to injury, inflammation and pain while also helping to reduce the potential for future injuries.

“I want to empower people of all ages to stay in the “game.”  It doesn't matter if your game is being a professional or amateur athlete, playing a sport with friends or going to the gym a few times per week.  Being athletic and staying active will help you stay healthy and happy!”

Marea Lundstrom

Chiropractor and Personal Trainer

Dr. Marea Lundstrom attended the University of Minnesota and received her B.S. in Kinesiology. She went on to attend Northwestern Health Sciences University where she graduated cum laude with her Doctorate in Chiropractic. Marea has a special interest in women’s health and working with athletes of all ages. She has specialized training in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), kinesiology taping, and Cranial Sacral Therapy.

With her athletic background in competitive and sideline cheerleading, she wanted to find an activity that was more restorative but still physically challenging. She naturally gravitated to yoga. Her passion for yoga led her to become a certified yoga instructor. Marea's interest in improving how the body moves is strengthened through her yoga training and compliments her work as a chiropractor. She enjoys combining chiropractic care, muscle work, and exercises to create an individualized treatment plan for her patients.

Similarly to yoga, Marea also has a passion for golf. She enjoys implementing stretches and exercise to help her game on the fairway. She believes that yoga and golf connect well together and loves the fact that she can do both well into her life as she ages- with the proper care of course!

Marea’s mission is to help others continue to be active and achieve health goals that improve their quality of life. She recognizes the importance of taking care of your body and wants to help her patients get back to activities they love.

In her free time, she enjoys golfing with her fiancé, working out, cooking, and spending time with their dog Vinny.

Jeff earned his B.S. in Athletic Training and a minor in nutrition from Winona State University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Florida. During his undergraduate studies, he had the unique opportunity to travel to the U.K. to study different health care systems. This has led him to be passionate about helping others take a proactive approach to their health. He believes that prevention is key to assisting individuals in living a long and active life.

He continues to improve his skill set and knowledge by learning from experts worldwide in sports medicine, rehabilitation, or human performance.

Jeff’s primary passion is helping golfers and active adults get out of pain and return to the activities they love at a higher level before their injury. Through an individualized evaluation and treatment plan, patients receive the highest level of care while working with Jeff.

When not helping others improve their health, Jeff is an avid golfer himself and enjoys attending concerts and traveling.
